Dear Steve,

Thank you so much for taking such good care of us. As you know, we were having loads of problems getting all the parts working in sync for the opening of our new Wireless Toyz store in Charlotte. Even though the experts we had hired to do our wiring were doing a great job, they were still running into problems getting all the components (cash registers, computers, various kinds of printers, alarms, security system) to network together and work properly. Steve from Custom Wired Concepts was called in as the expert of last resort to sort out the issues and in a short period of time, he and John had everything working together seamlessly. We have a high level of confidence in our whole system after watching them work and listening to them communicate while fixing the problems. They know what they are doing and they get it done fast. We have them on contract to come to the store whenever needed, no matter what day of the week, to fix any issues that arise and have had to have Steve come out once to fix a problem we had created. His response time is swift. We couldn't ask for anything more in tech experts!!!!
